用脉冲回波重合法测量α-LiIO₃的弹性模量

摘要: 本文根据线性压电耦合方程的解,用10MHz超声脉冲回波重合法,测量了沿α-LiIO₃单晶不同对称方向传播的纵波和横波声速,给出了α-LiIO₃晶体的弹性模量（×10^-10N/m~2）:

Abstract: Based on the linear piezoelectric coupling equation, the relations between the ultrasonic velocities and elastic moduli are obtained. The velocities of longitudinal and shear waves which propagate along different symmetry directions of α-LiIO₃ crystal are determined by the pulse echo overlap method. The elastic moduli C_ij^E and C_ij^D are then deduced, the values of which （×10^-10N/m²） are
