α-LiIO3晶体中的声电效应

THE ACOUSTOELECTEIC EFFECT IN α-LiIO3 CEYSTAL

  • 摘要: 在10—250MHz超声频率范围内,沿 a-LiIO3,单晶c轴方向传播的纵波,在同方向静电场作用下,衰减增加。衰减系数随时间变化,具有弛豫过程的特点。我们认为这一现象,是由纵波与单向运动的导电离子的相互作用引起的。

     

    Abstract: In α-LiIO3 crystal, the attenuation coefficient of longitudinal wave is increased by an electrostatic field, if the propagation direction of wave and the acting direction of field are along the same c-axis of the crystal. The change of the attenuation coefficient with time possesses a relaxation character. We belive that this phenomenan may be caused by the interaction between the longitudinal wave and the unilaterally moving ionic carriers.
