压电单晶某些振动模的频率温度系数
FREQUENCY TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENTS FOR SOME VIBRATION MODES OF PIEZOELECTRIC SINGLE CRYSTALS

摘要: 本文从压电单晶振动模的频率温度系数定义出发,通过张量和矩阵等计算方法,推导出任意切割方向纵振动模的频率温度系数公式,以及厚度模反共振及共振频率温度系数公式.计算了铌酸锂单晶的这些振动模的频率温度系数,所得曲线对使用这种晶体具有一定的参考意义.Abstract: Formulas for frequency temperature coefficiente of longitudinal modes and thickness modes of piezoelectric crystals of arbitrary cut are obtained by tensor and matrix clalculation. These temperature coefficients are calculated for lithium niobate, These obtained curves are helpful for use of the crystal.
