一种压电换能器辐射阻抗变换器

ON AN IMPEDANCE TRANSFORMER FOR PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSDUCER

  • 摘要: 本文介绍一种借助穿孔板变换压电换能器辐射阻抗的装置。根据严格的声学理论阐明了这种变换器的工作原理和声学特性,导出了共振频率、品质因子、辐射阻和辐射效率增大倍数等重要参数的理论公式。文中还介绍了夹心式压电换能器采用这种变换器时的一系列对比试验,表明理论计算与实验结果良好相符。

     

    Abstract: In the paper, a perforated plate impedance transformer of piezoelectric transducer is investigated. The acoustic behaviour of the perforation is taken to be equivalent to that of a closed tube of length equal to the thickness of the plate with end corrections. Formulas of the resonance frequency, quality factor of the transformer and the relative radiation efficiency of the transducer are derived rigorously. For a composite piezoelectric transducer with or without impedance transformer, experimental results are given and discussed. <
    It is shown that a proper transformer operating under resonance condition will increase the relative radiation efficiency of the transducer 12 dB approximately without changing the quality factor and directive property of the system. Experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical values.
