透明固体中声应力的光弹法定量测量

QUANTITATIVE MEASUREMENT OF THE ULTRASONIC STRESSES IN A TRANSPARENT SOLID BY THE PHOTOELASTIC METHOD

  • 摘要: 我们将一种测量主应力差的光弹方法应用到二维声场的测量中来,可以测定透明固体中任一点平面行波或柱面行波的应力值。
    文中介绍了测量的方法和原理,推导了平面行波和柱面行波的主应力差和主应力值之间的关系式。最后以实测举例,并与电学法计算值进行了比较。

     

    Abstract: A Photoelastic method for the measurement of the difference between principal stresses is applied to the measurement of a two dimensional ultrasonic stress. The stress of an ultrasonic plane progressive wave or cylindrical progressive wave at any point in a transparent solid can be determined.
    The method of the measu’rement and its principle is presented, including the derivation of the relation between the principal stresses difference and the principal stresses for plane or cylindrical progressive wave. A practical example of measurement is described, its results being compared with those of an electrical method.
