摘要: 本文介绍一个工作在几百赫调制频率上、小体积的耦合谐振光声腔的结构和性能。由于采用了横向光激发和差动接收,使检测的信噪比得到了提高。它对甲醇及乙烯的检测灵敏度已分别达到1.2×10-9/W√Hz及4.2×10(-9)/W√Hz。Abstract: This paper deseribes the structure and characters of a coupled resonant photoacoustic cell which has a small cell volume and operates at modulating frequency of several hundred Hz. By the adoption of transverse light excitation and differential reception the detection SNR is increased. Its detection sensitivities for concentration of CH3OH and C2H4 have reached 1.2×10-9/W√Hz and 4.2×10-9/W√Hz respectively.
