压电圆片的二维等效电路及其在分析应电压暂态特性中的应用

摘要: 在压电圆片振动时只包含厚度模和径向模的近似条件下,推导出二维振动的近似等效电路。用这个等效电路分析了压电片的暂态应电压,讨论了径向机电耦合系数、径向尺寸、背衬和负载对暂态应电压的影响,对部分计算结果作了实验验证。Abstract: An approximate two-dimensional equivalent circuit of a nominal thickness mode piezoelectric disk with radial mode coupling is proposed. By means of this equivalent circuit and the FFT technique, the transient induced voltage of a piezoelectric disk is analysed. The influences of the radial electromechanical coupling coefficient, the radius, and the backing and load on the induced voltage are discussed. Some theoretical results are verified experimentally.
