ACOUSTIC VELOCITY MEASUREMENT ON A LIQUID SURFACE TYPE HOLOGRAPHY SET-UP

摘要: 声波和光波一样会发生干涉现象,当平面波入射到声楔后,由于声的干涉会出现等厚干涉条纹,此干涉条纹定域在声楔上。我们可以把声楔放在液面法超声全息装置的声学成象系统的物平面位置上,稍许倾斜,就可观察到声楔上的等厚干涉条纹,然后测量暗条纹中心处的声楔厚度,就可计算出声楔材料的声速来。Abstract: A simple and convenient method is suggested for acoustic velocity measurement by utilizing a liquid-surface type holography set-up. The only requirement is that the object to be measured be made into the form of a wedge, and by observing the interference fringes produced, the acoustic velocity can be calculated.
