超声全息应用大面积石英换能器的显像研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE USE OF X-CUT CRYSTAL QUARTZ AS TRANSDUCERS FOR ULTRASONIC HOLOGRAPHIC IMAGING

摘要: 液面法超声全息显像技术,以它能实时、动态地显示生物体软组织和材料内部缺陷的特点,得到了人们的广泛重视。作为声源的换能器,又是整个装置的重要部件。随着科学技术的发展,又需解决观察和研究宏观组织内部的细微结构。采用压电陶瓷材料作为超声换能器,它的分辨率和可见视野都受了很大的限制,应用石英晶体材料作为换能器,在超声全息显像研究中,能得到高分辨率、大视野的图像。Abstract: Initial results of imaging biological, medical and industrial material samples by ultrasonic holographic system using crystal quartz as a transducer were investigated. The resolution attained is 1 mm at 3 MHz of ultrasonic frequency. The field of riew is 120 mm × 120 mm. The crystal quartz is artificially grown and is 0 X-Cut, and the transducer is of an air backed soft mounted sealed structure. The fundamental frequency is 1 MHz and is operated on 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th harmonics.
