铌酸锂压电晶体全部电弹常数的测定

DETERMINATION OF ALL OF THE ELECTROELASTIC CONSTANTS OF LiNbO₃ CRYSTALS

摘要: 本工作探讨了铌酸锂压电晶体(LiNbO₃,简称为LN)全部电弹常数的测量方法。给出了国产LN全部电弹常数及一些机电耦合系数共56个数据。确定了机电耦合系数k₃₁的数值为0.038,并推荐用+35°y旋转片来测定弹性常数c₁₄^E,其数值为0.088×10¹¹N/m²。这两个数据将影响LN全部电弹常数的最后确定。

Abstract: The present work discusses the measuring method of all of the elastic, piezoelectric and dielectric constants of LiNb0₃ crystals (briefly called as LN). We have given in all 56 data of the elastic, piezoelectric and dielectric constants and some of the mechanicelectric coupling coefficients of our LN. The value of K₃₁ had been measured to be 0.038, and have recommended that the value of C₁₄^E should be determining by means of the +35°Y rotational plate, its value is 0.088×10¹¹ N/m². The two data would have an influence up the last determination of all of the elastic, piezoelectric and dielectric constants of LN.
