校准压电加速度计的两种互易法

TWO METHODS FOR THE RECIPROCITY CALIBRATION OF PIEZOELECTRIC ACCELEROMETERS

摘要: 本文提出一种用两只压电加速度计进行两次实验的互易校准方法,该方法可校准的频率范围从1kHz到8kHz,校准灵敏度的误差为±2.2％。还提出一种用三只压电加速度计进行六次实验的（不需要振动台激振）互易法校准,该方法可校准的频率范围从1kHz到5kHz,校准灵敏度误差为±5.3％。最后给出实验结果和旁证。

Abstract: A method for the Reciprocity calibration of two piezoelectric Accelerometers through two experiments has been suggestel. The frequency range for this Calibration method is 1 kHz to 8 kHz and the Calibration sensitivity error is about±2.2%.
The another method for the reciprocity calibration of three piezoelectric Accelerometers through six experiments are also made, which calibration error is about ±5.3%, and may be used over frequency from 1 kHz to 5 kHz. Finally, Some results of the experiment and verifications are given.
