半穿孔结构宽频带夹心换能器的理论分析

ANALYSIS OF BROAD-BAND PIEZOELECTRIC SANDWICH TRANSDUCER WITH SEMI-PERFORATED STRUCTURE

  • 摘要: 为了增加超声处理用的夹心换能器的频带宽度,我们曾研制出一种新型的半穿孔结构宽频带夹心换能器。为研究这种换能器增大带宽的原理,本文提出了一种理论分析模型,并给出全等效网络。计算了有水负载时换能器输入电导纳的频率特性对孔参数的依赖关系。关于带宽的理论计算结果和实验测量结果符合较好。同时还计算了换能器“变换段”输入力阻抗的频率特性与孔参数的关系,计算结果表明:半穿孔结构具有增加带宽的特性。此外,本文并应用复变数映象理论分析了多孔结构辐射块孔参数对带宽以及对负载敏感性的影响。这个分析方法也可用于其它超声振动系统的分析。

     

    Abstract: A broadband piezoelectric sandwich transducer with semi-perforated structure has been developed previously. It is formed by drilling holes longitudinally in the radiating head, and has been shown experimentaly to possess a bandwidth approximately twice that of a conventional non-perforated transducer, while its electroacoustic efficiency remains almost undeteriorated.
    In this paper a theoretical model for th'e broadband structure is proposed. The frequency characteristics of the input electrica'l admittance of the transducer and the input mechanical impedance of radiating head loaded by water, are calculated both as functions of the relative cross-section a of the bored part and the relative depth of the holes βof radiating head. Some theoretical results are compared with measured ones, the two agree fairly well. Furthermore, the dependence of' input mechanical impedance of loaded radiating head on phase length has been examined and explained by means of bilinear transformation of complex variables.
