A PHENOMENOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE FOKKER BONDE TESTER

摘要: 福克(Fokker)胶接检验仪,已有多年的发展和应用历史,但其作用原理至今未见有过稍许定量的对整体的分析。本文从样品振动对换能器的负载作用出发,引用了简化模型和一些近似处理,得到了工作原理的一种唯象的,还较粗略的,但是比较完全和比较定量的解释。从理论预计与实验结果的接近来看,这种解释是有意义的。Abstract: The Fokker bond tester has a long history of being developed and widely used. However, some analysis, taking into account the whole system and more or less quantitative, on its working principle does not yet seem available. In this paper, a phenomenological explication of the working principle is obtained by computing the loading of the transducer by the induced vibration of the bonded specimen and checking up with experiments. In the analysis, simple models and mathematical approximations are introduced. The somewhat crude theory is supported by the approximate quantitative agreement between the theoretical predication and the experimental data.
