悬浮液中的声速测量与悬浮粒子压缩系数的计算

THE VARIATION OF SOUND VELOCITY IN SUSPENDED MATTERS AND THE CALCULATIONS OF COMPRESSIBILITY OF SUSPENDED PARTICLES

  • 摘要: 本文报导了由一种单分散球形微粒(马勃孢子)和几种溶剂所组成的悬浮液中超声波速度的测量结果.测量是采用超声干涉仪,频率固定在1兆赫,在不同温度(10—60℃)和不同粒子体积浓度(12—70%)的情况下进行的;根据所得结果较为详细地讨论了不同条件下悬浮液的声速变化情况.从数据的分析表明,该悬浮液遵从声速平方相加公式.最后按简化的 Herzfeld公式计算了所讨论的粒子在不同温度时的绝热压缩系数。

     

    Abstract: In this work the results of measurement are given for the velocity of ultrasonic waves in suspended monodispersed particles-the spore of lycoperdon in some solvents. The measurement is carried out at different temperatures (from 10 to 60℃) and concentrations (from 12 to 70%) by an ultrasonic interferometer of constant frequency at 1 Mhz. On the basis of the data, the behaviour of variation of ultrasound velocity in suspended matters under different conditions is investigated in detail. It is shown that, for the given suspended matter, the sound velocity square obeys the formula of additivity. The compressibility of the particles under consideration for different temperatures is calculated according to the Herzfeld’s simplified formula.
