灌注成型PVDF薄膜水听器

A PVDF film hydrophone by pour forming

  • 摘要: 介绍一种灌注成型复合圆管PVDF压电薄膜水听器.理论上计算了复合圆管的各层参数对水听器低频灵敏度的影响.说明了如何针对水听器的要求选择各层材料的参数.采用的灌注成型工艺和复合膜卷绕技术,可使水听器的性能得到改善,并简化了工艺,利于水听器的批量生产.研制的水听器样品的测试数据表明,这种水听器灵敏度高,随静水压的灵敏度起伏小,加速度响应很低,一致性好.水听器低频灵敏度的理论计算值与实际测量值符合较好。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a hydrophone of composite PVDF piezoelectric film cylindrical tube by pour forming. The relations between sensitivity of the hydrophone at low-frequency and the material parameters of each layer are obtained theoretically. Explain how the material parameters of each layer are selected according to different requirements for hydrophone. One can improves performance of hydrophone and simplify working process for the advantage of batch process by pour forming and winding composite film process in this paper. The measured value of developing hydrophone sample shows the hydrophone sensitivity is higher, sensitivity undulation is smailer,acceleration response is very low and performance consistence is well. The experimenntal results of low-frequensy sensitivity agree well with theoretical calculation.
