Abstract: The MSFVW dispersion and radiation impedance formulas are derived from MSW equations. So the relation of MSFVW character with some factors is obtained. An experimental research on the excitation of MSFVW is finished. The result coincides with theoretical analysis well. Finally, the unstable and noise enhancement process is observed on higher power and wide pulse operation. This is first in the reference.
